At SB Energy, you are responsible for shaping global category strategies for high-impact thermal infrastructures. This senior role oversees significant annual spends and leads end-to-end sourcing processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to align with engineering and construction. Your efforts will influence our growth and support the rapid deployment of data center projects across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute multi-year strategies for thermal cooling systems • Lead sourcing events and contract negotiations for key suppliers • Assess and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure operational resilience • Collaborate with engineering to align on technology and schedule • Manage procurement processes and supplier performance
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field • 8+ years in strategic sourcing or category management • Experience in RFx development and supplier evaluation • Proven supplier relationship management skills • Exceptional communication with stakeholders on strategies
