As a Long-Term Occasional Teacher (LTO) for DDSB, you’ll create a vibrant and supportive learning environment where students thrive. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum and support student learning. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to help students grow. Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students. Qualifications And Additional Information Required subject qualifications: Intermediate Math FTE: 1.0 for semester 2 Grade(s)/assignment: 10 Tentative course codes (if known): MFM 2P and MPM 2D Ontario teaching certificate (OCT) in good standing Secondary LTO Salary Range: $57,986 to $119,967/year (Placement on salary grid is based on QECO rating and teaching experience. Salary will be pro‑rated based on the position FTE). Please Note External hires can take up to 10 working days to be processed which could affect the start date for this position. Additional Requirements Provide a current Criminal Background Check with vulnerable sector screening upon hire.
