Key Responsibilities: • Draft and review proposals and contracts for civil engineering ventures • Monitor financial and operational performance regularly • Oversee selected projects with a focus on delivery • Attend meetings for planning and client engagement • Lead recruitment efforts and mentor team members
Requirements: • 10+ years of Land Development civil engineering experience • Prior leadership in a project management capacity • Strong client relationship development experience • Must hold a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
