This role will involve on-site event management within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Occasional travel outside of the GTA will be required.Impact You'll Make:TransUnion Canada is looking for an Events Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced Marketing team. The Events Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of all aspects of TransUnion Canada’s events.Responsibilities:Oversee all event planning and logistics for TU Canada’s most strategic and significant events.Build and lead strategic event plans, managing end-to-end event execution.Lead stakeholder meetings, manage project plans, and develop and execute event plans.Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders by recommending improvements to previous events.Manage cross-functional stakeholders, setting clear expectations, and driving for alignment on event strategy and delivery.Plan, forecast, and manage against defined event budgets.Manage vendor and partner relationships.Manage event technologies, such as registration, mobile apps and other event platforms or technologies.Manage post-event follow-up and evaluation to assess effectiveness and ROI.Understand and adhere to TU policies and requirements.Accommodation is available, including for applicants with disabilities, in accordance with applicable laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
