Job Description The Manager, Finance Data Solution Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping sustainable data assets for Finance (Analytics & AI) in partnership with delivery partners. The position focuses on automating analytics using productivity tools such as PowerPivot, Power BI, Databricks, while applying traditional AI (Causal & Prediction) and emerging AI (GenAI / Agentic AI) to shape finance for the future. What You’ll Do Lead simplification of finance processes by applying an analytical mindset to accelerate outcomes. Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand underlying data and process linkages. Define strategy and success metrics for innovation initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Communicate progress, value metrics, and key insights to senior leadership to influence the Finance innovation roadmap. Work with stakeholders to surface pain points and crowdsource solutions across multiple Finance groups. Job Requirements Experience & Soft Skills Delivering end‑to‑end analytical assets to business users in collaboration with delivery partners. 5+ years hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for financial analysis. Strong knowledge of data processes and data integration in cloud computing and/or Oracle toolsets (GL, OFSAA, OAC, etc.). Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and colleague engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, what‑if analysis, Solver, dashboard creation). Proficiency in the Microsoft Productivity Toolkit including CoPilot Prompt Engineering (contextual prompting). Experience developing conceptual data models for analytical and reporting solutions. Business Analysis for process mapping, reviewing metrics inventory for Finance, and supporting data‑flow analysis. Key Competencies Outcome‑driven, proactive, adaptable, and curious to thrive with experimentation. Attention to detail with the ability to connect the dots and raise awareness for executive intervention. Passion for delivering at speed and scale by bringing teams together.
