Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesSupport client HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning initiatives, and offboardingAssist in research and analysis by collecting and organizing primary and secondary data (surveys, interviews, focus groups, reports, and administrative records) to inform HR strategiesPrepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce forecasts to support decision-making and identify trendsContribute to proposal development and assist with administrative aspects of client engagementsCoordinate project tasks such as scheduling, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholdersDevelop familiarity with MNP’s HR services and client needs through hands‑on experience and collaborationPromote positive workplace culture by supporting engagement programs and providing insights to HR advisorsAct as a reliable resource for clients and employees, fostering collaboration and continuous improvementSkills and ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field1–3 years of HR, recruitment, or HR analytics experience (or equivalent)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex dataExperience with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and reporting toolsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage high volumes of data with accuracy and confidentialityProficiency in Excel or other data visualization tools is an assetDetail‑oriented and highly analyticalComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentStrong communicator with a collaborative mindsetCurious, proactive, and eager to streamline processesMyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high‑potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
