Our support is based on continuous training and clear career development opportunities.Since 2025, QUANTEAM has been a strategic partner of Finastra, a recognized international provider of financial software, especially for Sophis and Fusion Invest solutions.Start date: as soon as possibleResponsibilitiesGather and analyze functional needs from Front Office, Middle Office, or Risk users.Configure and parameterize Sophis and/or Fusion Invest software according to business needs.Participate in testing phases, functional testing, and deployment.Provide Level 2/3 functional support.Draft functional documentation and training materials.Work closely with technical, IT, and business teams.ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience.Master’s degree in computer science, financial markets, or equivalent.Good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and curiosity.Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, customer service orientation.SkillsProven experience with Sophis and/or Fusion Invest.Strong knowledge of financial instruments: derivatives, fixed income, equities, structured products.Understanding of market environments and asset management or investment banking issues.Good command of English (written and spoken).Scripting knowledge (Python, SQL, VBA, etc.).Experience in international contexts.Knowledge of related tools (Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.).Diversity CommitmentOhana, Quanteam, and Rainbow Partners are disability-friendly companies committed to equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion.
