Build large-scale measurement solutions at Amazon using Spark, Scala, and distributed systems for advertising analytics across major platforms. As a Software Development Engineer II, you will design, implement, test, and deploy data-intensive analytical solutions. The 3P AV Measurement team supports advertiser understanding across Online Video Ads, Streaming TV, Live Sports, Sponsored Brands Video, Sponsored Display Video, and Audio Ads. You will work with Amazon Clean Room, Spark, Scala, EMR, S3, Elasticsearch, JVM-based services, job schedulers, and cluster management services. Key Responsibilities:

Design data-intensive analytical solutions for advertising measurement Implement, test, and deploy large-scale software systems Support thousands of discrete daily executions Establish creative solutions to complex engineering problems Collaborate with a talented measurement engineering team Requirements:

Three-plus years of professional software development experience Two-plus years designing or architecting reliable, scalable systems Experience with C#, C++, Java, or Perl Two-plus years of object-oriented design experience Experience programming with at least one language Apply software architecture, analytical thinking, and distributed systems expertise to Amazon's third-party advertising measurement solutions.
