OverviewSoftware International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clinets ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US.Role: Genesys Consultant - ReportingType: ContractDuration: multi-year , re-extendable contractRate: $85-90/hr C2CLocation: Client is located in Chicago, IL and this role requires someone onsite.Clearnace:Must be authorized to travel and work in the USPosition Overview:We are currently seeking a Genesys Reporting Expert to join our clients\' team on a long term contract basis. As a Genesys Reporting Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions for our clients using Genesys software. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about data analysis and has a strong understanding of Genesys reporting capabilities.ResponsibilitiesAssess gaps between Cisco and Genesys systems being usedWork with key business stakeholders in identifying Genesys reporting needsDesign and develop reporting solutions for clients using Genesys softwareCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of solutionsCreate and maintain documentation for reporting solutions and processesTroubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to reportingStay updated on the latest Genesys reporting features and provide recommendations for improvementConduct training sessions for clients on how to use Genesys reporting tools effectivelyPrepare and present reports to clients and stakeholders on the performance of reporting solutionsEnsure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting processesAssist supporting an a large Cisco to Avaya migrationsQualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Genesys reporting toolsStrong understanding of Genesys reporting capabilities and best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in SQL and other data analysis toolsExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesThis is a contract position based in Chicago, IL, USA. The duration of the contract will be determined based on the project requirements.
