This role will be responsible for implementing and optimizing financial technology solutions using Oracle EPM.Ideal candidates will be able to:Lead EPM solutions through full cycle – requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and supportSpearhead pre-sales activities – client introductions, solution scoping, estimate drafting, proposal creation, and statement of work developmentCollaborate with internal and client-side resources, effectively communicating across various audiencesApply creative problem-solving skills to address business challenges using EPM technologiesEnsure adherence to company delivery methodologies and project standards, meeting all deliverables and milestones on timeThrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling ambiguity with easeContribute to practice growth through revenue attainment, sales and marketing asset development, vendor partnerships, internal Center of Excellence support, training, recruiting, and staffingQualifications:7+ years of experience implementing or optimizing EPM/CPM applications, including Oracle EPM (Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud)Strong knowledge of financial processes, including financial close, consolidations, reporting, and FP&ADeep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustmentsProven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into effective solutionsTrack record of leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementationsExperience with VB.net and data integration between different systems/sourcesExcellent communication and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information SystemsAbility to adapt to new technologies and methodologies quicklyWhat Else To ExpectAs an employee of Spaulding Ridge, you will part of a company that is providing innovative opportunities to impact our clients in a meaningful way.
