Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire project teams, build and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and trade partners, and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Responsibilities
  
  1. Manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to achieve project goals, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and trade partners.
  3. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen issues.
  4. Buiild and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and trade partners.


Requirements
  
  • Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects, with a proven track record of meeting quality, budget, and timeline targets.
  • Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with clients, regulatory authorities, and trade partners.
