Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the conduct of unit training of Air Traffic Control personnel. Pursue duties of Tower Supervisor as applicable. Ensure all assigned deliverables and reports are completed accurately and on time. Visibly demonstrate Serco Values and work practices while completing duties. Perform other related duties relevant to this position as may be required. Hourly Rate While undergoing unit qualifications (previously held ATC license): $56.10 per hrOnce Tower qualified: $66.27 per hr Hours per week 40 Qualifications Successful completion of a Canadian Forces, Transport Canada/Nav Canada, or ICAO Equivalent Air Traffic Control Visual Flight Rules Course. Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Level II security clearance. Must hold or be able to obtain a valid Class II Air Traffic Control Medical Certificate. Previous Tower endorsement. Possession of a valid Class 5 NL Driver’s license. Ability to obtain a pre‑employment drug & alcohol test. Ability to obtain a driver’s abstract. Company Overview Serco Inc.
