With directions from the Manager, Retail and Learning Strategies, the Trainer will be responsible for providing the Field Team with stellar sales skills training leveraging a mix of sales methodologies and processes.What you’re responsible for:Supporting the field team through knowledge and soft skills trainingWorking in collaboration with the Events Coordinator to organize both online and in-person training events with our partnersCollaboration with our Instructional Design team to build engaging training contentCollaborating with all stakeholders to ensure the training material is tailored to the immediate audienceSupporting and leading the planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects, balancing competing priorities and timelinesUtilizing project management tools to track project milestones, deliverables and timelinesDemonstrating compliance and training excellence through updates and regular reportingLiaising with internal and external clients on reporting needs to find effective solutionsAssisting with new project opportunities to identify reporting and data system requirementsCreating and building relationships with our partners for future collaboration with events and sessionsVerifying French training content deployed to Field Team and PartnersSupporting the Ambassador Program Manager in deployment and management of the Samsung Elite Ambassador Program in Quebec and NationallyTo be successful:Demonstrate a superior command of both English and French (Quebecois), with advanced proficiency in written and verbal communicationExcellent knowledge of training methods, as well as organizational change management expertiseExcellent knowledge of Sales processes and skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsExperience in the wireless or electronics/technology industry is an assetExperience in facilitating groups, in-person and online, using engagement tools (polling, gamification)Strong working proficiency in Webex, MS Teams, and other online training vehiclesStrong working proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel is requiredAbility to write effective copies, instructional text, audio scripts/video scriptsExperience with video creation considered an assetTo join our team:Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as education, organizational development, human resources, business administration, communications, etc. is an asset3+ years’ experience working in training delivery, teaching, coaching and/or facilitation experienceMust possess the ability to proactively build strong relationships within a diverse organizationMust possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple on-going prioritiesSuperior organizational and planning skills are requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and oral in English and FrenchWhat we offer:A competitive base salary of $70K-$75K plus bonuses and other perksCar Allowance + GasVacation plus additional flex daysComprehensive benefitsTraining and development opportunities to grow your career with one of Canada’s Best Managed CompaniesA supportive workplace culture and work environmentIf this sounds like you and you’re excited to be a member of our team, pleaseapply now.We thank all interested applicants; however, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
