Business Systems Analyst - CRM is a role in our Corporate IT Team. This is an office-based role in St. John’s, Newfoundland. Must be available to come into the St. John’s, Newfoundland office 5 days per week. You have the ability to manage requirements elicitation activities with a variety of stakeholders and manage a workload that involves tasks from concurrently running initiatives. You have a mix of technical experience, business process understanding, and change management experience allowing you to drive continuous improvement. You have strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including hands on development of the platform. You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. You have a strong understanding of requirements traceability best practices, ensuring proper tracking from initial requirements through design, development, testing and deployment. You have experience with Azure DevOps and a strong understanding of business process mapping and improvement methodologies. Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools or scripting languages is an asset. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution by designing, configuring and building CRM solutions that drive measurable outcomes and user adoption. You will be responsible for business analysis, CRM administration, and light-to-moderate code development to enhance the Trudell Medical Group of Companies (TMG) customer experience (CX) strategy across sales, service and marketing operations. Specifically, You Will Focus On Business Application and Process Design Engage stakeholders to gather business requirements for customer experience, sales automation, case management, and marketing workflows. Document and analyze current-state and future-state processes using user stories, diagrams, and system specs. Translate business objectives into detailed technical tasks for configuration or development. CRM Configuration and Development Configure Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing modules) including entities, forms, views, and workflows. Develop and maintain custom code inside the Dynamics platform using plugins (C#/.NET), custom workflow activities, JavaScript for client-side scripting, Power Automate for integration and automation, web resources and Power Apps components. Implement security roles, business rules, and data validation logic. Platform Management and Support Conduct testing, debugging, and deploying customizations and updates. Monitor performance and proactively resolve CRM-related issues. Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to manage releases, source control, and environments. Support user training, onboarding, and change management activities. Create system documentation, training materials, and SOPs. Promote adoption and best practices across business units.
