We take pride in what we do and we look forward to working with new staff members that will continue to reflect that image and service to our clients for many years to come.ResponsibilitiesProcess all refill prescriptions electronically requested and check IVR voicemail messages.Contact prescribers verbally or via fax for clarifications and various functions.Process invoices received from the wholesaler and print them to be ready once the order is received.Process weekly batching, printing hard copy reports, and new refill authorization.Enter new or changed prescriptions in blister packs.Collaborate with the pharmacist on duty to provide efficient dispensary and pharmacy services.QualificationsExperience as a Registered Pharmacy Technician is an asset.Exceptional and professional customer service to our clients, and members of the care team, ensuring superb service at all times.Self-directed with the ability to work both independently and collaborate with the pharmacy team.PreferredRegistered Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) in good standing, is optional.Experienced Pharmacy Assistant with minimum 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy.Experience in the billing & third-party adjudication, ideal on Kroll, but not a must.Some knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is optional.Qualities for SuccessPositive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude.High attention to detail is essential.Highly organized with strong time management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to adapt to change & prioritize tasks as needed.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive pay with a comprehensive benefits package provided after 3 months of probation.Stat Pay for Holidays.Free Team Parking.Store discount.Employee appreciation lunches/events.Very friendly atmosphere & great teamwork culture.Application ProcessIf interested, please apply HERE or Email: michael@suttonrx.caCandidates must be living in Canada, or willing to locate.Adequate training will be provided once selected.Company ProfileOur vision is to build a great team and provide the best customer service to our patients and clients.
