Elevate your career with Sienna Senior Living as a Learning & Development Coordinator. Bring your expertise in instructional support to enhance training programs in a diverse and inclusive environment. As a vital member of the Learning & Development team, you'll coordinate training sessions and provide logistical support across the organization. This role includes managing learning materials and reporting in the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all team members receive an exceptional educational experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions smoothly
• Manage communication with participants and facilitators
• Prepare and distribute training aids and participant guides
• Upload courses and materials to the LMS
• Generate and consolidate LMS reports

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in related field
• 2 years’ experience in Learning & Development support
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and training tools
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
