As the High‑Rise Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high‑rise developments in the Halifax‑Dartmouth region. What You'll Need to Succeed Project Leadership & Execution: Ability to manage all phases of high‑rise construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting high‑quality standards. Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Strong leadership skills to direct project teams and serve as the primary liaison between developers, municipal authorities, and key stakeholders. Budgeting & Cost Control: Experience in developing and monitoring project budgets, identifying, and ensuring financial accountability. Risk & Compliance Management: Knowledge of Nova Scotia building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks. Quality & Safety Assurance: Commitment to implementing rigorous quality control measures and upholding workplace health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
