Regional Controller – FFUN Group Permanent – Full Time Those in the accounting and finance field like cold, hard facts. So, we will be blunt, the FFUN Group is growing, and we’re growing fast. As part of that growth plan, we’re looking to add a Regional Controller who works closely with our Group Controller and VP of Finance to manage our ongoing expansion. If you’re that ultra-cool, brainiac numbers person with an accounting degree and CPA designation, we want to meet you. Managing focused functions including process implementation, payroll review, financial analysis and reporting might even get your heart pumping. What you’ll be doing: Oversee a wide range of accounting and administrative functions, supporting and guiding the accounting and admin team Collaborate and communicate effectively with dealership staff across multiple locations Lead financial review meetings, delivering expert insights on key financial metrics Support the budgeting process in partnership with General Managers and the Group Controller Review payroll and ensure accurate reconciliation of CRA accounts Prepare and review year-end documentation for external auditors Ensure compliance with manufacturer financial statement requirements Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reporting, providing actionable insights Sign off on dealership‑issued cheques and ensure all taxes, licensing, insurance, and regulatory payments are accurate and up to date What we’re looking for: Accounting degree and CPA designation 3–5 years of experience in an Accounting or Controller role (automotive experience is an asset) Strong knowledge of accounting software and comfort with leveraging technology Proven experience leading and developing a team Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills A positive attitude—because that’s 90% of the job Why FFUN: Competitive Salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience.
