Skills and Responsibilities:

•Knowledge of SQL

•Knowledge of web technologies HTML, CSS

•Integration - REST Activities, SLA, Decision Rules, Flows, Correspondence

•UI (Harness, Section & Flow action)

•Data pages/Data transform rules Background Processing

•Thorough understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies? Strong Interpersonal and Customer handling skills

•Pega development experience with recent experience in version 8.8 and above

•Familiarity with Pega Customer Service framework

•Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse) etc.

•Contact center platform experience an asset

•Involved in analyzing the requirements.

•Implemented reusable components.

•Implementing Pega solutions using UI, Flows, Flow actions, Activity, Data transform, Pages, Rest Integrations, etc.

•Gained efficiency in debugging Pega issues using tracer, Pega logs, rules inspector etc.
