This senior leadership position allows you to combine your restaurant management expertise with strategic planning. Ensure franchisee success through effective coaching, guidance in operational execution, and compliance monitoring. Foster collaboration with franchisees to achieve long-term goals aligned with Dairy Queen’s mission.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead development of regional and corporate business strategies • Advise on best practices for franchisee operational excellence • Conduct regular assessments and progress monitoring with franchisees • Collaborate across departments for sales and marketing consistency • Manage overall franchisee portfolio performance across regions
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred • 10+ years in related operational roles • Proven franchise management skills • Strong leadership capabilities in multi-site environments • Proficient in financial and operational oversight
