ABOUT YOU We’re looking for a Backend Developer experienced in PHP and Go to help evolve our Monetization platforms. You will work on both new microservices and existing legacy PHP systems, improving stability, performance, and architecture. Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using PHP (legacy + modern) and Go. Refactor, stabilize, and migrate legacy PHP codebases to modern architectures. Design scalable APIs and microservices for high-availability systems. Optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL queries, schemas, and data models. Improve performance, reliability, and observability across distributed services. Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices. Requirements 5+ years backend experience with PHP and/or Go. Proven experience working with legacy PHP systems and leading refactoring or migration efforts. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and database design. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with backend testing and monitoring tools. Good communication skills and proficiency in English. Nice to Have Experience with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Background in gaming, fintech, or high-load platforms. Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).
