Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Director, Corporate and Business Operations leads planning and performance across the enterprise.This role offers a rare combination of influence, complexity, and impact. You’ll not only oversee cross-cutting corporate functions—you’ll integrate them to power mission delivery, guide transformation, and position OHTN for long-term sustainability and success.What You’ll DoStrategic & Business PlanningLead the development and execution of OHTN’s strategic plan in alignment with our vision, mandate, and program prioritiesOversee corporate and program performance tracking through KPIs, scorecards, and reporting to senior leadership, the Board, and fundersDrive data-informed decision-making by analyzing trends, identifying operational risks, and surfacing opportunities for growth and efficiencyFacilitate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all corporate servicesCorporate Services OversightProvide executive level oversight for all corporate services functionsEnsure integrated, compliant, and agile infrastructure that supports OHTN’s evolving needsChampion enterprise risk management and ensure adherence to legal, funding, and policy requirementsAlign information technology strategy with data needs, operational efficiency, and digital innovation goalsStakeholder & Relationship ManagementBuild strong partnerships with the Ministry of Health, funders, sector leaders, and collaboratorsRepresent OHTN on external committees, forums, and working groupsServe as a delegate to the Board of Directors and its committees as neededInspire a high-performing, inclusive, and equity-driven team cultureLead and mentor a team of directors across Finance, HR, Communications, and ITAdvance organizational priorities in diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism, and Truth & ReconciliationPromote a values-based work environment centered on trust, impact, and excellenceWhat You Bring10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ in senior/executive rolesA post-secondary degree in health, social sciences, public/business administration or related fieldA strategic, systems-level thinker with strong planning, analytical, and decision-making skillsKnowledge of the nonprofit or public health sector, including operational models and funding structuresProven experience in financial management, HR strategy, IT/data leadership, and complianceDeep understanding of enterprise risk and change management in dynamic organizationsSuperior communication, negotiation, and consensus-building skills across diverse stakeholder groupsA leadership approach that is people-first, inclusive, and driven by public service valuesWhy OHTN?This is more than an operations role—it’s a chance to reshape how a leading health organization delivers on equity, community, and impact.
