You will provide customers a warm, comfortable shopping experience in Alberta’s cold winters while ensuring they stay cool in the summer. Compensation Commission based pay plan with up to $150,000 and a guaranteed wage supplement. Knowledge of Outdoor / Camping Lifestyle - being immersed in the world of RVs allows you to gain knowledge about outdoor activities. Problem Solving Challenges - overcoming challenges, such as helping customers find solutions for travel needs. Building Relationships - selling RVs often involves building relationships with customers over time. Continuous Learning - the RV industry is dynamic, with new models and features introduced regularly. Seeing the Joy of New Owners - witnessing the joy and excitement of customers as they drive away with their new RV. Job Responsibilities Understand and implement dealership sales process. Present and demonstrate inventory. Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification. Training and utilization of Customer Management System (CRM). Work weekends to maximize earning potential. Negotiate and close sales. Meet monthly sales targets. Education And/or Experience Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
