Apply now and cultivate success in agricultural insurance Benefits & Perks Competitive salary between $70,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, negotiable Commission on new business and renewals Paid vacation with flexible personal and sick days Health and dental coverage  RRSP matching  Opportunities for career growth within the organization Responsibilities Develop new client relationships through referrals and networking across Alberta’s agricultural sector Manage a book of farm and agricultural accounts, providing tailored insurance solutions Achieve sales and retention targets focused on farm and rural insurance markets Stay updated on industry trends and farm-specific underwriting guidelines Qualifications Level 1 or 2 license in Alberta  Experience selling or managing farm and agricultural insurance accounts Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a proven track record in achieving sales goals Knowledge of Alberta’s farming industry and insurance needs Ability to travel within Alberta as needed At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
