Set strategy and roadmap for PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, caching, and streaming Own datastore reliability, availability, performance, cost, SLOs, and operations Deliver scale-out architecture supporting tenfold customer growth Lead managed PostgreSQL migrations with zero data loss Establish resilient schemas, observability, security, and delivery standards Requirements:
Ten-plus years in backend, infrastructure, or data platform engineering Five-plus years owning production databases at SaaS scale Expert PostgreSQL knowledge, including internals, optimization, and replication Hands-on columnar or OLAP datastore experience, ideally ClickHouse Experience with multi-tenant scaling, migrations, AWS, and observability Bring Staff-level leadership and hands-on PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and platform engineering expertise to Nue's evolving datastore function.
