Town of Salisbury, Canada Cavendish Agri Services Full time

Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting both sales and operations, providing a variety of work throughout the summer. This could include acting as a liaison between the customers, visiting growers, and supporting production. This is a summer position that is ideal for a student studying agriculture. The position starts in April and finishes at the end of August. Application Deadline January 28th, 2026 Responsibilities Responsible for day to day office duties and administrative responsibilities Assisting with deliveries of agricultural products, and field work such as soil sampling, crop scouting and plant work as needed Supporting sales staff with customer visits and requests Facilitate on-farm research trials with various products Support production including assisting with customer orders Cultivate positive relationships with customers in the farming community Represent the company in a positive and professional manner All other duties as assigned Qualifications Currently attending post‑secondary education in plant science, agriculture, agri‑business or similar field of education Must have a valid driver’s license A keen interest in agriculture A strong focus on customer service Ability and willingness to learn new systems and technologies Ability and willingness to work in office, plant and outdoor environments About Us Founded in 1882, J.D.
