Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop suitable care plans. Deliver psychosocial interventions and support within the 12-week assessment and treatment framework. Manage duty work, including crisis intervention, to assist individuals in immediate need. Collaborate with clinicians, social workers, and support workers to ensure coordinated and effective care.
