However, mindset and skills matter more than rigid criteria. You must be legally allowed to live and work in the UK.What you'll doThis is a dynamic, hands‑on role typical of a fast‑growing startup agency. Day‑to‑day, you'll:Hold day‑to‑day responsibility of product design projects.Conduct research and analysis to understand client context and requirements.Develop wireframes to test a broad variety of concepts.Craft creative, visually stunning interfaces and interactive prototypes.Conduct actionable user research and validate concepts.Build and evolve design systems that help our clients to scale their products.Drive innovation while balancing client constraints.Contribute broadly to agency growth and internal initiatives.Critically, you'll:Work closely with members of the Mustard Navy team to solve complex client challenges and craft world‑leading design solutions.Stay at the forefront of new technologies, experimenting and researching to help evolve our ways of working.Form a core part of our growing team, embracing the culture and collaborating closely to help drive our product design passion.Confidently present your work, and have past experience working in a client‑facing role.Why do we call it “AI” Product Designer?The term “AI” works a double‑shift:First is what we work on: We help our clients solve product challenges that take advantage of AI or Machine Learning in one way or another.
