Facilities Engineer

OverviewInsight Global is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to join a leading midstream oil and gas client in Burstall, Saskatchewan. This role offers the chance to work on critical projects and operational initiatives in a dynamic field environment. The initial term is a one-year contract with strong potential for permanent placement.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and stamp engineering documents, work packages, and site-specific designs.Provide technical support for maintenance, turnaround, and project execution activities.Lead or support initiatives focused on site safety, asset integrity, and process improvements.Collaborate with corporate engineering teams on feasibility studies, design enhancements, and project implementation.Champion Management of Change (MOC) and Work Execution processes using Maximo.Perform root-cause analyses and performance assessments to drive continuous improvement.Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Asset Integrity teams to ensure safe and efficient plant performance.Participate in short-term secondments with Operations, Planning, or Maintenance to gain integrated site experience.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Prior operational experience and familiarity with turnaround practices.Previous experience in oil and gas processing or heavy industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
