OverviewSenior Finance Manager, Category Finance responsible for owning category financials, driver-based forecasts, actuals reporting, and financial analysis on complex P&Ls. Influence cross-functional partners to support financial success of innovation, cost-out, and related projects.ResponsibilitiesOwn category reporting and drive category financial performance with holistic monthly forecastingProvide strategic recommendations against key financial targets (AOP/PY)Drive financial process improvements to harmonize procedures across the category finance teamsDevelop and execute key business initiatives alongside counterparts (pricing strategies, capital planning, cost-out projects) to drive profitabilityGuide strategic product launches and modifications by developing innovation P&LsProvide recommendations and influence sales strategy through monthly operating review and LNUC rhythmsOwn actuals/forecasting reviews providing color on financial drivers and assist senior leadership in MPR reviews with BU presidentDevelop Annual Operating Plan P&L forecasting demand, pricing, costs, including mix, liquidations, and SKU rationalizationProvide recommendations on waste risk and highlight key risks to liquidationDrive continuous improvement efforts for tools, models, and processes to enhance visibility of financial dataPassion for motivating, coaching, and developing othersQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or related field5+ years of experience in finance function with prior experience managing a P&LAbility to manage diverse teams across financial segmentsOutstanding analytical skills & attention to detailAbility to clearly and concisely relay important details and updatesExcellent organization and project management skills, including written and verbal communication with BU leadershipDemonstrated ability to influence and lead project/team stakeholdersAdvanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills requiredPrior experience using Tableau, FiT, Nielsen, SAP knowledge a plusTotal Rewards and BenefitsOur Total Rewards philosophy is to provide a meaningful and flexible spectrum of programs that equitably support our diverse workforce and their families and complement Kraft Heinz’ strategy and values.CompensationNew Hire Base Salary Range: $120,100.00 - $150,100.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits and WellbeingBenefits: Coverage for employees and their eligible dependents through healthcare, protection, and saving for the future; plans tailored to meet your family’s needs.
