Job Description Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants, pesticides and power spraying equipment, such wearing protective gear guidelines Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and materials in company vehicle Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner Address customer needs and optimize their program on-site What We Offer Competitive salary (salary plus bonus & commission) Health & dental benefits, paid vacation, RRSP matching Company vehicle Commission on new business and bonus on service work completed Thorough on-the-job training and consistent education opportunities Opportunities for growth People-first approach with a strong family culture Requirements A Driver's License with a clean driving record Strong communication skills both written and verbal Customer service experience Willingness to obtain your Pesticide Applicator's License Sales experience an asset If you are motivated and results-driven enjoy being on the road, we’d like to meet you Candidates with prior experience will be preferred, but applicants with the following experience have successful transferable skills and be equally considered: route sales, route service, field sales, field service, service technician, territory representative, restaurant manager, restaurant server, construction, hotel manager, sales, customer service $42,000 – $56,000 (Position qualifies for incentive bonus and commission on top of base salary).
