The Opportunity

As our Founding Engineer, you'll shape our technical foundation and build scalable solutions that solve real-world supply chain challenges. You'll work directly with our experienced founders to translate deep industry insights into powerful software solutions.


Immediate Impact (First 6 Months)

You'll establish our core technical infrastructure and integration capabilities:


- Design and implement our API infrastructure for real-time document processing, focusing on observability, scalability and security

- Build robust integrations with mid-market ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite)

- Architect our microservices foundation to support rapid feature development and deployment

- Design & implement an agentic translation and transformation engine

- Establish coding standards, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines

- Make critical technical decisions that will shape our platform's future


Building for Scale (6-12 Months)

As our platform grows, you'll focus on:


- Expanding our integration ecosystem to additional ERP systems

- Implementing advanced data analytics capabilities and dashboarding features

- Building machine learning infrastructure for predictive supply chain insights

- Scaling our architecture to handle increasing data volumes and customer demands

- Growing and mentoring our engineering team as we expand


What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience building scalable B2B SaaS applications

- Strong expertise in API design and microservices architecture

- Experience with building repeatable integration systems 

- Track record of making architectural decisions that stand the test of time

- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts

- Experience with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, CDK, Bedrock, Sagemake a plus)
