Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate DEI programs and track progress
• Manage scheduling and reporting of learning activities
• Support leadership development logistics and communications
• Assist in developing internal coaching practices
• Collaborate on DEI, learning, and coaching initiatives
Requirements:
• Currently studying HR, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite needed
• Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles Gain invaluable experience in DEI and contribute to an inclusive culture at Interac.
