Become a key player at Fraser Direct in Guelph, Ontario, as an Experienced Reach Forklift Operator. This full-time position will optimize our warehouse operations through your expertise. Enjoy a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., within a modern, safety-focused workspace. You will leverage your 1-2 years of experience operating a Narrow Aisle Reach Truck to support order picking and inventory replenishment. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Efficiently pick orders using RF scanning technology
• Operate Reach Truck safely in a team-focused environment
• Conduct cycle counts and quality checks
• Help maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces
• Load trailers and assist with additional tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Prior experience with RF scanners required
• 1-2 years reach truck experience desired
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong commitment to safe working practices
