You receive training, support and resources from a leading bank. What you do best Build and maintain client relationships with strong people and problem‑solving skills. Act as a self‑starter, creating your own day. Provide meaningful planning and financial advice, helping clients reach life goals. How you’ll succeed Leverage RBC Dominion Securities’ brand to build a client base of high‑net‑worth individuals, families and business owners. Use RBC’s extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans. Establish long‑term relationships with trusted, multi‑generational clients. Maintain reciprocal relationships with RBC partners such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to support clients’ financial needs. Qualifications (what we’re looking for) 4‑6 years of outbound sales experience, comfortable earning 100% commission. Completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will before start. Passion for financial planning and interest in portfolio management. Strong relationship‑building skills, able to connect with all types of individuals. Nice to have Direct marketing experience, financial services and success in high‑value sales and business development. Completed CPH, PFP, CIM, and CFA certifications.
