RESPONSIBILITIESExceptionally strong team collaboration and communicationBuild and maintain exceptional customer relationshipsManage & identify specialization opportunities in air, hospitality and loyalty programsArrange routine and complex domestic and international business travel for air, car, hotel, limousine, and railResearch and resolve all client enquiriesRecommend best air, car, hotel, ground transportation based on customer’s needsCompany & traveler profile creation and upkeepProper compliance with information safety & risk managementRelentless in improving the business traveler experienceKey role with ideation & implementation of our product developmentOther tasks as requestedQUALIFICATIONSA minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate travel managementConcierge high touch experience a plusGDS experience required, preferably in Sabre 360/NativeIs well-informed and keeps up to date with all airline rules and regulations, tariffs (both domestic and international), and other industry requirements, applying this knowledge accurately when making travel arrangementsAbility to ticket in both Canada BSP and US ARC a plusGreat attention to detailMust consistently display an exemplary professional demeanorExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrates the ability to liaise with clients and establish positive relationships Strong organizational, attention to detail and time-management skills to handle multiple requests and tasks at onceA customer‑centric approach with a commitment to providing extraordinary service to our clientsProficiency in using multiple travel booking platform, online reservation systems, and other relevant toolsExperience in a matrix based and collaborative environmentAbility to function in a fast‑paced, demanding environmentExperience using Microsoft products such as Excel and SharePointTEAM CULTUREA versatile team setting that adapts swiftly to industry changes and demandsEach consultant is dedicated to an account with the support of your teamAn energetic and dynamic workplace that thrives on agility and quick decision‑makingMotivated by a sales and service driven cultureWe are committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
