As an assisted sales representative you will be assigned to a single store location on a full-time basis for the duration of this contract. In this role you will be promoting our brand’s products to consumers while communicating key messaging and driving brand awareness for their lineup of television and audio products. You will be responsible for actively selling to consumers to the point where the sale is handed off to a store associate to complete, while also offering training advice to store associates, and assisting existing consumers with any questions or concerns they are having with our brand’s products

The goal of this position is to grow sales and market share within the assigned store location. Results will be measured weekly, and everyone will have a target to achieve for the duration of the contract. Bonus incentives will be available depending on target attainment.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with consumers as the first point of contact
  • Promote the range of home electronics products
  • Demonstrate products to drive excitement and awareness
  • Work in partnership with the store sales team and leadership team to build strong relationships
  • Comfortable with the latest technology in televisions and home audio
  • Meet with your local field sales trainer and keep them informed of all happenings at the store
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Sales Experience
  • Experience in consumer electronics preferred
  • Prior retail leadership experience an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of the consumer electronics industry is an asset
  • Full time availability each week (shifts Wednesday through Sunday – weekdays afternoon/evenings, and weekends morning/afternoon)
  • Outgoing and engaging
  • Tech Savvy
  • Experience with target attainment and setting goals and objectives
