The Director leads enterprise-wide architecture decisions that drive agility, scalability, security, and measurable business outcomes. This includes building and maturing the Enterprise Architecture function, establishing an Architecture Review Board, and delivering a three-year technology roadmap that incorporates migrating legacy HCM and scheduling systems to the cloud and deploying an enterprise data lake. The Director ensures successful architecture and integration of platforms such as Salesforce and Workday, while driving adoption of best practices, standards, and governance across technology domains.
