The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for various aspects of the warehouse, including inventory cycle counts, processing orders and shipments.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Process requests related to stock movements by carrying out transactions in the system in order to keep an extremely precise inventory. 
  • Organize and execute shipments with suppliers, customers and freight forwarders to achieve on time/as scheduled 
  • Manage customer orders with creation, modification (quantity or batch numbers) and printing. 
  • Manage stocks in terms of replenishment and products in external storage 
  • Working collaboratively with different departments to ensure that material is tracked and documented. 
  • Improve and optimize warehouse layout space 
  • Update and track inventory in ERP 
  • All other related tasks 

REQUIREMENTS 

Knowledge 

  • Ms Office Suite 
  • Integrated management systems (ERP) 

Aptitudes and attitudes 

  • Has excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills 
  • Has the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities 
  • Has a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with diverse teams 
  • Embraces change and interested in organization improvement 

STUDIES & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or post-secondary studies (college or equivalent) 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
