About the job Recruiter, Fredericton (NB)IO Solutions is looking for a Recruiter for its Fredericton office. Under the supervision of the HR Director, the Recruiter's mission is to help the Human Resources department select the right candidate profile for various positions to be filled in the center. A successful Recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis for current needs and lead initiatives as guided by the Marketing & Communications department. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.
