As a Game Technical Director, you'll be a crucial part of our agile development environment, responsible for all technical aspects of our game projects. Your role will involve problem-solving, guiding teams, and making critical technical decisions. Collaboration with multiple disciplines will be essential to ensure seamless execution.

Your Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with production, design, and art teams to define the technical vision and scope of the project.

-Identify technical requirements and tools needed to bring our game vision to life.

-Lead the technical team and shape the project's technical systems and architectures.

-Provide technical estimates, manage budgets, and set quality standards.

-Drive the technical team to meet schedules, budgets, and quality targets.

-Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.

-Ensure compliance with necessary standards and regulations, with a focus on security and privacy.

-Resolve technical issues during project implementation and supervise technological design reviews.

Skills and Qualifications:

-At least 5 years of industry game development experience.

-Proficiency in Unity 3D or Unreal Engine (2+ years of experience).

-Strong programming skills in C# or other object-oriented languages (5+ years of experience).

-Applying Clean Code principles to your code (3+ years of experience).Minimum 2 years of system/project technical leadership experience.

-Familiarity with UML (2+ years of experience).

-Experience troubleshooting mobile/desktop/console-specific issues (2+ years of experience).

-Hands-on experience developing and optimizing scenes or game systems for performance in Unity 3D or Unreal Engine (2+ years of experience).Proficiency in Git or other revision control systems (3+ years of experience).

-Excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills.

-Proactive, forward-thinking, and eager to learn and adapt to complex legacy systems and code.
