This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to drive successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.Develop and implement IT strategies that align with organizational goals and promote digital transformation.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to industry best practices.Mentor and provide professional development opportunities for team members.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an IT Development Manager or in a similar leadership role.Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architectures, and best practices.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively liaising with clients and team members.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Relevant certifications are advantageous.Why Join Pioneer?
