Responsible to professionally service HVAC equipment and accessory items in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance. Create a positive relationship with customers; offer other company products and services, communicate effectively, problem‑solve, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications A growth mindset: dependable, ambitious and willing to grow with Reliance. Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent. Must have a Gas Technician II license. Received a Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d). Must have a valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card. Must have at least a Class G Driver’s License. Willing and able to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Punctual and dependable. Why Reliance?
