Elevate community support as a Remote Program Coordinator II with Pacific Coast Community Resources. Drive the development and evaluation of programs tailored for individuals' well-being and dignity.
As a Program Coordinator II, you will collaborate closely with the Program Manager, assisting with supervision, scheduling, and program development. Your role involves monitoring expenditures, implementing individualized support plans, and providing staff training. You will also facilitate daily operations while maintaining compliance with all applicable standards and community expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and evaluate program policies and procedures
• Supervise and support program staff performance
• Plan and implement program activities and special events
• Collaborate in staff recruitment and training
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in Human/Social Services
• Minimum 3 years’ experience, including 1 year in supervision
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Current First Aid and CPR Level C Certification
• Valid Class 5 Driver's license Shape fulfilling programs that promote independence and community integration at Pacific Coast Community Resources. #J-18808-Ljbffr
