About the Role This is a 6mo contract assignment. As an Associate Strategy Director, Marketing Strategy, you’ll establish how we can objectively measure and find efficiencies for a major tech client. This role is focused on maintaining accurate tracking across the business including - but not limited to - the impact of AI tools, ROI analysis, and campaign experimentation. Additionally, you will act as a link between Analytics and Creative, sharing data learnings and reviewing key creative briefs. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work. Responsibilities: Act as the primary project manager for an ongoing business metrics tracking framework. Coordinate with analysts to ensure quarterly data pulls and analysis are completed on schedule. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to effectively share project progress and data learnings. Prepare executive-level content and support the synthesis of data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), focusing on narrative development to craft a compelling story. Ensure the impact of AI tools are being appropriately tracked and measured, including strategic recommendations for process changes and optimizations. Lead ROI analysis and creative testing via experimentation. Provide Ad Hoc Creative reporting across programs including performance insights and learnings Ensure new briefs incorporate existing research and value proposition data to align creative strategy with expected performance. Identify testing opportunities to accelerate learning. Establish a knowledge base of historical experiments and test results to standardize performance-driven creative strategy. About You The essentials: Project Leadership and Management: Proven ability to act as the primary project manager for complex, ongoing, data-driven frameworks, coordinating deadlines and outputs across multiple teams. Data Strategy and Analysis: Strong understanding of business metrics, data tracking, and the ability to lead ROI analysis and creative testing and experimentation. Executive Communication and Storytelling: Experience preparing executive-level content and synthesizing complex data into a compelling narrative for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Cross-functional Collaboration: Skill in effectively coordinating with diverse teams, including analysts, creative leads, and other cross-functional stakeholders, to share progress and apply data learnings. Creative Strategy Integration: Experience reviewing creative briefs, ensuring they incorporate existing research and value proposition data to align strategy with expected performance.
