Position Overview Sales Associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. They focus on department and product knowledge, provideicking on product features, and are familiar with related items to sell a full project. Associates greet, engage, and thank every customer in their department and provide basic service in adjacent departments. They are focused on customer service and resolving customer needs.
