About the Program

Our Summer Intern Program runs from May 2027 through the end of August 2027 and is designed to give you real-world experience, meaningful connections, and skills that will set you apart. Here\'s what you can expect:

What You\'ll Bring to the Role

We\'re looking for students who challenge us to simplify, speed up, and build a business that cares — for a better life for our customers and our society. Here\'s what makes you a great fit:

• Rising university junior or senior with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred)
• Tech‑savvy — Excellent computer skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• AI‑curious — A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential
• People‑oriented — Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, peers, managers, and customers
• Detail‑driven — Excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow‑through on tasks
• Naturally curious — You love learning how things work and you\'re always looking for innovative improvements
• Team‑first mindset — You\'re open‑minded, respectful, and you value the contributions of every team member
• Eligible to work in Toronto without sponsorship

Compensation

• $30 CAD per hour (full‑time summer position)
