About The Role We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on leader to support daily operations, inspire our store team, and help create outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for a people‑focused retail leader who is passionate about what we do, enjoys working collaboratively, and shares our commitment to our company vision while supporting financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities Operations & Leadership Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day store operations Supervise, train, coach, and motivate team members Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace by listening, encouraging open communication, and seeking solutions together Assist with scheduling and staff coverage Guest Experience Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming service to every guest Resolve guest concerns with care and professionalism Assist guests with product selection, plant care advice, and general inquiries Lead by example on the sales floor Merchandising & Inventory Support merchandising standards Assist with inventory management, receiving shipments, and stock organization Help maintain plant health, quality, and presentation throughout the store Sales & Performance Support sales goals and promotional initiatives Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure company’s policies and procedures are followed Utilize Microsoft Office & POS system for sales reporting and analysis Other Requirements Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and holidays Ability to walk and stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in various weather conditions Job Type & Compensation Full‑time, Salaried Position, $60K – 65K per year Why You’ll Love Working Here At GARDENWORKS, We Believe Our People Are At The Heart Of Everything We Do.
