Job Overview TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate to serve Sudbury, Ontario customers by guiding them through new accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions. The role emphasizes customer relationship building, product promotion, and frontline support. Location & Hours Sudbury, Ontario, Canada18.75 hours per week Compensation Base pay range: CAD $22.45 – $29.97 per hourTD provides fair, equitable compensation and growth opportunities. Typical Day Engage customers in advice, service transactions, and digital education. Understand customer needs and guide them to appropriate staff for solutions. Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking trends. Support cash and non‑cash transactions and report non‑standard matters. Recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Participate in accurate completion of business processes. Prepare accurate documentation reflecting business intentions. Promote a positive and equitable work environment through team effectiveness. Qualifications High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Post‑secondary or undergraduate degree (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, branch software, and internet. Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers. Strong communicator, self‑starter, effective influencer, and initiative driver. Can‑do attitude with strong administration, organization, planning, and time‑management skills. Effective written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
