Service Technician Statut: Régulier, Temps plein Emplacement: Whitecourt, Alberta Description Du Poste Sous la responsabilité du directeur de centre d'affaires, le technicien de service est chargé d'effectuer une variété de services requis et d'apporter un soutien à la clientèle, tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe, sur des équipements liés à la sécurité. Les tâches peuvent comprendre : service de certification et de réparations des ARA et des détecteurs de gaz, service d'entretien régulier et recertification des systèmes de compresseurs d'air respirable, test d'ajustement quantitatif, inspection / certification des équipements antichute. Principales Responsabilités Gérer, tester, réparer et recertifier l'équipement appartenant au client conformément aux spécifications du fabricant et aux normes locales ; Obtenir l'autorisation du client pour les ordres de travail ; maintenir des niveaux de stock adéquats dans l'unité mobile ; Créer et maintenir des dossiers précis tels que les inspections de véhicules, les carnets de route, les inspections d'équipement et les calendriers, les factures quotidiennes, les feuilles de temps, les tests de débit et les notes pour toute circonstance spéciale telle que la condamnation de l'équipement ; S'assurer de la mise à jour de la liste des contacts clients et du calendrier des services requis ; Développer et gérer la croissance du portefeuille en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les clients, notre département des ventes et la direction ; Assister les autres membres du personnel dans leurs tâches lorsque le calendrier et la charge de travail le permettent ; Autres tâches connexes tel qu'assignées. Exigences Comportement professionnel et courtois ; Attention aux détails ; Résolution de problèmes ; Excellent sens de l'organisation ; Parler, lire et écrire couramment l'anglais ; Formation du fabricant en inspection et entretien de l'équipement de sécurité ou formation de l'industrie serait un atout ; Permis de conduire valide de classe 5 ; Capable de soulever jusqu'à 50 livres périodiquement.
